The Local Pensions and OPEB Study Commission meets regularly to address issues related to local plans which are critically under-funded (funded ratio of less than 60%) as well as issues pertaining to other post employment benefits.

The Locally-Administered Pension & OPEB Study Commission released its report to the Governor and General Assembly leadership.
The report includes recommendations for the improved security and funding of locally-administered pension and other post-retirement benefit obligations of local entities.
